Yes, you can book additional rooms for family or friends travelling with you, as long as you are the main guest on the trip.
• Annual Members (Muassis and Dewaniya) may add one extra room at no additional service fee.
• Rihla (Monthly) Members can add extra rooms, but a special coordination fee will apply.
• For group bookings (three or more rooms), a flat coordination fee applies across all membership tiers.
All extra room requests must be made at the time of booking to ensure smooth confirmation.

MENA Knows Ltd Price-Match Policy
At MENA Knows, we are committed to offering you the smartest and most confident way to book luxury hotels.
Since hotel rates fluctuate by the hour, every rate we offer is valid for 1 hour from the time it is quoted.
If you find a lower public rate within that 1-hour validity window — for the same hotel, room type, stay dates, and free cancellation policy — simply send us the proof.
If verified:
• We will match the public rate.
• Plus, we will award you a £50 booking credit toward your next reservation.
Our price-match guarantee ensures that you always enjoy privileged insider access without compromise.

• Muassis (Founding) Members receive one free month of membership for every successful referral.
• Dewaniya (Annual) Members receive £50 booking credit per referral.
Referral rewards are issued once the referred member completes payment.
Only one £50 booking credit may be redeemed per hotel booking.

• Muassis (Founding) and Dewaniya (Annual) Members commit to a 12-month term but benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period — provided no booking has been made during that time.
• Rihla (Monthly) Members may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
If you book during the cooling-off period, special cancellation terms apply.

• Annual members may cancel within 14 days of joining, provided no hotel booking has been made.
• If a hotel booking was made during the cooling-off period, a £125 administration fee and £500 booking fee will apply.
• After the cooling-off period, all membership fees are non-refundable.
Hotel booking cancellations are subject to each hotel’s individual policy, which will be clearly shared with you at the time of booking.

Yes, subject to hotel availability, rates, and policies.
Please note that if you request changes such as modifying travel dates, the room rate may be adjusted by the hotel and cannot be guaranteed at the original price.
Additional concierge service charges may also apply for amendments such as adding extra guests, changing dates, or securing room upgrades.
All amendment requests are managed personally via WhatsApp.

MENA Knows handles all services up to hotel check-in.
If there are issues such as incorrect room type or missing special requests, our concierge will assist you in liaising with the hotel.
Once you are checked in, all service matters are handled directly by the hotel team.

All memberships are securely processed via Stripe.
Bookings are personally handled through our concierge system via WhatsApp, with full member support and personal attention at every stage until hotel check-in.
