    We are a private membership service offering personalised hotel booking and trip coordination — like a luxury travel PA, not a traditional agency. We secure competitive rates at luxury hotels worldwide and manage every booking personally via WhatsApp or SMS so you don’t miss vital booking communication.

  • Your membership grants you exclusive access to insider hotel rates at 5-star properties worldwide (and luxury 4-star boutiques), personalised hotel booking management, and tier-specific referral rewards.

  • Savings vary by season, destination, and hotel policies, but our members consistently pay less than the lowest public rates—often significantly less. Save just £200 per night on a 5-night stay, and you’ve saved £1,000. Even a single booking can cover the full value of your membership, making it one of the smartest decisions in luxury travel.

  • MENA Knows specialises exclusively in 5-star luxury hotels (and 4 star boutique hotels) worldwide.

    Availability depends on your requested destination and travel dates.

    We maintain private access to a network of top-tier luxury hotels across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond.

  • Simply send your requested hotel name, travel dates, and guest details via WhatsApp or SMS (Or let us know your preferred secure messaging app.)

    We will source your best room rate and send you a booking quote for approval.

    You pay the hotel directly through a secure payment link, ensuring flexibility and peace of mind.

  • Yes, you can book additional rooms for family or friends travelling with you, as long as you are the main guest on the trip.

    • Annual Members (Muassis and Dewaniya) may add one extra room for free.

    • Rihla (Monthly) Members can add extra rooms, but a fixed non-refundable £120 fee will apply for each extra room.

    All extra room requests must be made at the time of hotel quote requests to ensure smooth confirmation. We can not guarantee the same rate for extra rooms added at a later date.

  • Muassis (Founding) Members receive one free month of membership for every successful annual membership referral.

    Dewaniya (Annual) Members receive £50 referral reward per one annual membership (Paid in advance)

    Referral rewards are issued once the referred member completes payment and makes their first hotel booking request.

    Only one £50 booking credit may be redeemed per hotel booking.

  • Muassis (Founding) and Dewaniya (Annual) Members commit to a 12-month term but benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period — provided no booking has been made during that time.

    Rihla (Monthly) Members may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

    If you booked a room during the cooling-off period, special cancellation terms apply.

    Hotel room booking cancellations are subject to each hotel’s individual policy, which will be clearly shared with you at the time of booking.

  • Yes, subject to hotel availability, rates, and policies.

    Please note that if you request changes such as modifying travel dates, the room rate may be adjusted by the hotel and cannot be guaranteed at the original price.

    Additional concierge service charges may also apply for amendments such as adding extra rooms/guests, changing dates, or securing room upgrades.

    All change requests must be received 7 days before check-in dates.

  • MENA Knows handles all services up to hotel check-in.

    If there are issues such as incorrect room type or missing special requests, we will assist in resolving them promptly as soon as you inform us by WhatsApp/SMS.

    Once you are checked in, all hotel stay matters are handled directly by the hotel team.

  • All memberships are securely processed via Stripe.


    Bookings are personally managed via WhatsApp/SMS — from rate sourcing to reservation and hotel coordination — so you never miss an important update or have to deal with booking forms or call centres.

  • To ensure a seamless check-in, we reconfirm your booking with the hotel three times: once after booking, again 7 days before arrival, and a final check 2 days before you check in.

    Your room pre-payment is also an added security layer — helping to prevent third-party cancellations or last-minute issues, especially during peak travel seasons.
