We will source your best room rate and send you a booking quote for approval.
You pay the hotel directly at least 7 days before the free cancellation deadline through a secure payment link, ensuring free cancellation flexibility and peace of mind.

Yes. You may book additional rooms for friends or family travelling on the same itinerary, provided you are the primary guest.
Founding and Lounge (Annual) Members may add one additional room per booking at no extra charge.
Additional rooms beyond this, or any separate itineraries, may require an additional membership or incur a fixed non-refundable fee.
All additional room requests must be made at the time of the initial hotel quote to ensure availability and consistent rates. We cannot guarantee the same rate for rooms added at a later date.

• Founding Members receive one free month of membership for every friend or family member who becomes a Lounge member.
• Lounge (Annual) Members receive £50 referral reward for every friend or family member who becomes a Lounge member.
• Lounge (Monthly) Members receive £25 referral reward for every friend or family member who becomes a Lounge member.
Referral rewards are issued once the referred member makes their first hotel booking and activates their membership.
Referral credits are applied automatically to the referring member’s next membership renewal or upcoming membership fee. Referral credits may not be redeemed against hotel bookings, booking fees, or third-party charges and have no cash value.

Founding and Lounge Members commit to a 12-month term but benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period — provided no booking request has been made during that time.

Yes, subject to hotel availability, rates, and policies.
Please note that if you request changes such as modifying travel dates, the room rate may be adjusted by the hotel and cannot be guaranteed at the original price.
Additional service charges may also apply for amendments such as adding extra rooms/guests, changing dates, or securing room upgrades.
All change requests must be received 7 days before the free cancellation deadline..

Mena Knows handles all services up to hotel check-in.
If there are issues such as incorrect room type or missing special requests, we will assist in resolving them promptly as soon as you inform us by WhatsApp/SMS.
Once you are checked in, all hotel stay matters are handled directly by the hotel team.

All membership fees are securely processed via Stripe
Hotel bookings are personally managed via WhatsApp/SMS — from rate sourcing to reservation and hotel coordination — so you never miss an important update or have to deal with booking forms or call centres. -
To ensure a seamless check-in, we reconfirm your booking with the hotel three times: once after booking, again 7 days before arrival, and a final check 2 days before you check in.
Your room pre-payment 7 days before the free cancellation deadline is also an added security layer — helping to prevent third-party cancellations or last-minute issues, especially during peak travel seasons.

We specialise exclusively in hotel bookings and luxury stays. Our members prefer to make their own travel arrangements.

We enhance your hotel stay with optional add-on services, available only to our Founding and Lounge (Annual) members.
All services must be arranged to or from your booked hotel only. Requests can be made once your room booking is confirmed, and we require 7 days’ notice prior to check-in for all arrangements.
