As an independent traveller, I wanted the freedom to book last-minute, change my plans and stay at exceptional hotels without spending hours searching, comparing rates or chasing confirmations.
Along the way, I discovered access to preferential five-star hotel rates that weren’t always available online. But I also realised that the real luxury wasn’t simply securing a better rate. It was having someone take care of the details.
